Stuffed Shells

This is my mom’s recipe, and while I can’t swear it’s an exact replica, I do know it tastes just as incredible—and that’s what counts! Growing up, this was one of my all-time favorite meals she made. Now I whip it up for my family, and let me tell you, my daughter Zuri gets so excited when it’s on the menu. If there were an Olympic sport for dinner enthusiasm, she’d definitely take home the gold on this recipe!
