Cranberry Sauce Pork Chops

Growing up, my mom and the crockpot were total strangers, so when I got my first one at 25, I felt like I’d just discovered fire. As a single working mom of three, I had to figure out how to feed these kids without collapsing after work. This was the first recipe I ever made, and shockingly, it was a hit! The kids loved it, I loved it, and now they ask for it all the time—because apparently, I’ve set the bar too high with my crockpot wizardry.
